A native
Californian, Raina has always worked in customer relations. One of her favorite
achievements thus far is working along side her husband, owning and
operating three start up companies; a successful fishing Charter business,
commercial fishing fleet and private Ocean Touring Company. Imagining
life just a little slower, her decision to relocate to the Wild Rivers Coast and
work in her next passion, Real Estate was an easy one.
From a
buyer’s point:
Her focus
is on finding the perfect home for her client. Raina approaches home-searching
as an enjoyable, stress-free venture and all of her clients appreciate this
serious attention, yet light-hearted touch. As soon as you meet her, you will
realize that you have encountered someone who has your best interests at heart.
Raina’s unique blend of intelligence, warmth, intuition, and professionalism are
at the heart of her approach to representing both buyers and sellers. Her goal
is to see your dreams fulfilled, whether you want to buy your ideal home, or to
sell your home with the most effective marketing strategy in order to facilitate
a successful and satisfying sale -- both financially and emotionally.
“This is
the most important expenditure of your life, Unquestionably! I think people feel
comfortable working with me because I understand this basic fact. And yes, I
love my job." Says Raina Stoops of RE/MAX Coastal Redwoods.
From a
Seller’s point:
"The key is
in the pricing. The market wants what the market wants. You can market a
property to death, show it 142 times, if it is not priced correctly, it will not
move. I make sure my clients are thoroughly acquainted with the market value of
their property. I'd rather refer you to another agent, than be responsible for a
property which I cannot sell."
Outside of
her real estate career, Raina is active in sports and has traveled the world.
She is currently in training to run her first
Marathon and hopefully not her
last.
She enjoys skiing, running, cooking, scuba diving, Jazz and classical music,
yoga, classic films and travel with her husband and two children as her
schedule permits.
